Glasses are lightweight and comfortable. Although, I don't know what the "Ventilator" portion means. I was hoping the glasses actually had vents in them...but those little slots you see on the side are just decoration. :p

They are distortion free and tough. I believe they are highly impact resistant, as per the ANSI standard, but are not scratch proof, which is a bummer. I have scratched these, it's no big deal...but so early on in my possession of the glasses. But I work outdoors and am somewhat reckless and often throw them around, so no fault of the brand or product.

One time I set them on the hood of the car, drove off on asphalt, they slid and fell but were a-ok.

I sometimes need a clearer or lighter view of my surroundings but didn't want to go all clear as in some other Dewalt models. The smoke lenses are dark, they are great for sunny days but I sometimes also have to work in shady areas. I was hoping Dewalt would make a shade halfway in between smoke and clear, but smoke is better than clear for me.
