Summary: "Great for biking"

Bought these out of frustration after having yet another fancy $60+ pair of biking sunglasses glasses disintegrate on me. That was over 6 months ago, and I haven't managed to destroy them yet. Pluses are that they're cheap, they're not delicate, they provide excellent wrap-around coverage of your face for keeping stuff out of your eyes, they're relatively comfortable, and they stay on if you move around a lot. The pair I got doesn't cause any noticeable optical distortion, and the smoked lenses do a pretty good job of keeping glare down, too. On top of that, they're actually not that bad looking, either. Although I generally don't use them in place of regular sunglasses, as I don't see anywhere in the description whether or not they provide any sort of special eye protection other than keeping fly objects out (my guess is they don't).

Heck, like them so much I might even get another pair to use in the workshop...

Summary: "Great Quality, Value, Design"

These safety glasses are a high-quality build, fit securely on your face, are comfortable, and the lenses wrap around to shield your eyes from all angles. But, unlike most safety glasses, you don't look like a dork wearing them. I plan on using these while weed-wacking on bright, sunny days. Most sunglasses don't fully shield your eyes and clear safety glasses don't block the sun. I haven't gotten to test these yet, but I cannot think of any reason why they couldn't do both. I bought the same pair, only clear to use for indoor projects and they work great as well.

Summary: "Great Sunglasses an Safety"

I am very pleased with my purchase of these Glasses. I really like them. I know they were intended for safety glasses, But they make awesome Sunglasses. I looked for a long time for Sunglasses I liked. What I was looking for was a cheap pair of Sunglasses that wrapped around to the side and blocked the annoying light that comes in from the side. I order some Dewalt Safety Glasses from Amazon and I noticed a pair listed that had a smoked lens(Dewalt DPG58 2C). Also another pair that said indoor/outdoor (Dewalt DPG58 9C). I ordered both along with regular saftey glasses. In the picture they appeared to wrap around like I wanted. They arrived and as I hoped They wrap around perfectly! The glasses are rather large in the way they curve back deeply. A regular flat Sunglasses case will not hold them. I recommend "Eyewear Safety Glasses Case Belt Hook Zipper" From ERB. The ERB case is soft cover and is larger. Or The hard case "Large Zip Glasses Case" by General ships from AC Lens, but this case is a snug fit. By the way the Indoor Outdoor Dewalt sunglasses are a light tint I like them on cloudy days. The Smoke Lens is darker tint which I like on sunny days. The light tint glasses also work fairly good on sunny days, But keep in mind it is a light tint.

product was as advertised. was bought for my grandson, but ordered one for myself as well. It stops anything coming staight at you, but I still get stuff in my eye when using the table saw to rip lumber.

Very disappointed with product, only used one day and lenses kept falling out. Lenses easily scratched. Sorry I bought them.
